Customer Complaint

Club car wash employees damaged my paint on the driver's side rear quarter panel. The paimt was chiped when the employee hit the edge of the quarter panel with the pressure washer gun. I made a claim with there onsite manager. A week later I got an email From Shelby who works in there claim department stating that they where not going to fix my car. I called and she stated that she would look into the matter again, but there is no response back. I have tried to call back several times, but all I get is voice-mail every time. They are just ignoring my calls. Resolution Sought I would like them to fix the damage they did to my new car.
