I was overcharged for 2 months of my membership at Club Pilates. I contacted the studio to be refunded. I did not hear back from anyone within 48 hours so I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. I was later refunded the membership fee for one month, but the studio deducted a $25.00 charge. They claim the $25.00 charge was due to the fact that I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. This is ridiculous given that I was overcharged in the first place. I shouldn't be charged anything for contacting my bank after having already been charged improperly for 2 full months. The membership was $100 a month, so $200 was overcharged (a substantial sum of money). Resolution Sought $25.00 refund

I have contacted them over 4 times via email and phone no response for me cancel my membership. I emailed them on the 25th of April. That's 30 days before that it renewed monthly. And I specifically stated i have a family emergency and I couldn't not attend anymore classes. And the last month a had to cancel 2 times due to the emergency. Since them I tried to contact corporate for Club Pilates in Irvine. No response from them either. This company does not care about their clients. Nor they have a good customer service!! I'm very upset about how they run their customer service business! I will never go back and take classes with them! I don't like how they treat customers!! Resolution Sought A copy of my cancelation of my membership! And refund!!
