I am writing to file a formal complaint against Club Sea Oats regarding my timeshare ownership. My experience has been exceedingly frustrating, and I have reached the firm decision that I no longer wish to be involved with this timeshare or the company in any capacity. It is deeply troubling that Club Sea Oats attempted to report me to the credit bureau for non-payment of maintenance fees, particularly when the property in question is not even open. I find it unreasonable to be charged for a service that is currently unavailable, and this has only added to my stress and dissatisfaction with the situation. The management company's suggestion to sell the timeshare unit is not a feasible option for me, especially given the circumstances. I have no interest in attempting to sell a unit that is not operational, and my only wish is to be completely removed from this timeshare and any obligations associated with it. I respectfully request your assistance in facilitating the prompt termination of my timeshare agreement. It is vital for my well-being to sever ties with this company, and I hope for a solution that allows me to move forward without further complications. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am writing to formally request an exit from my timeshare agreement due to the distressing circumstances surrounding my purchase. Purchasing this timeshare has been one of the worst, most costly experiences I have ever made. At the time, I was lied to, manipulated, and pressured by two older sales representatives who assured me that this investment was the greatest thing since sliced bread. As a young individual going through a significant transition in my life, I unfortunately fell prey to their high-pressure tactics. Regrettably, I only realized the extent of my mistake after it was too late. I soon discovered that there would be no assistance in renting or selling my timeshare, nor would there be any option for them to buy it back. This has led to an overwhelming financial burden and emotional distress, leaving me to learn an incredibly hard and costly lesson. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and expediting my exit from the timeshare agreement. Resolution Sought An apology from an executive, a full refund, and a cancellation.
