I had a Job in Brooklyn, I'm not a city girl, I thought I had parked legal but apparently it wasn't, neighbors called NYPD and had Clutch Towing tow my car. When I called them explaining that I do not live here no family here, nowhere to go and would love to come pickup my car. The person answering the phone was extremely rude and said I should call back in a half hour. I stood outside waiting for the half hour to pass by, I called back and he said to come to 504 Remsen Ave and it will be $300 cash, I was really upset. $300 is a lot!! When I asked for a better price he hung up the phone on me. Arrived there and asked them for a receipt so the guy(Mike) said the office is closed and they will email it to me Tuesday. I have a strong feeling that this is all Scam, and I don't think the price they charged me was legal at all, it was literally 2-3 hours. Resolution Sought I would love to get a refund. This feels extremely unfair.

Clutch Towing inc 1711 Neptune Ave Brooklyn ny. 11224, Garage office-8914 foster Ave Brooklyn Ny. I was charged $381.62 cents. On 05/27/23 precinct told me clutcI called Clutch Towing on the number the Precinct gave me - 6469184675. The gentleman picked up and told me just pay $200 something and change and someone will meet you at 8914 Foster Ave to pick your car. I started asking question- who asked you to pick my car, because I already got a ticket for parking at that spot by the police. The gentleman got angry because I was asking question. Then told me I was doing you a favor to just pay and pick your car but for all this questioning, you have to pick your car after the holiday Tuesday 05/30/23. On 05/27/23 Saturday I took Uber with my 5 years old son went to clutch Towing inc garage on 814 Foster Ave. I got to the garage, saw two people picked up their cars and left. So I walked inside the lot of the garage where they parked my car. The employee on that day told me- I quote" sir you are trespassing" I am going to call the police" you are not allowed here today until Tuesday. I said to him what do you mean! My car is here, you guys are opened, two people just took their cars in my prescience. The employee called the police. Police officer name Ola-came to the scene. Asked me questions. I explained the situation, showed him proof on my phone that people picked up their cars just now. I have videos. They are opened. The company just discriminated against me. Resolution Sought I want all my money back $381.62 cents back for discriminating and felt humiliated right in-front of my don crying. Clutch Towing company charged me extra UNTOP of the Towing fee of $200 and change that was quoted initially on the phone.for the days they said they were closed during the holidays -(Saturday-Monday). The company Clutch forgot they called the Cops to move me out of the lot- that they weren't opened. Now they are still charging me even though I was there to pick my car on Saturday
