In 2016, I went into an agreement with Clutter.com for storage services. I only agreed to going with this company because their sales manager assured me that as long as I paid my storage rent fee on time, they would not escalate my rate. They are now insisting on a rate increase that although nominal, will progressively escalate if they are allowed to increase rent whenever they feel like it. This is a very common problem/issue with storage companies. They feel that since they have your items that they can raise the rent because it's a lot of work to move your items and people will simply be forced to accept whatever they dictate. They are based out of Culver City but have local warehouses all over. Their phone # is: 808-805-4023 Resolution Sought I would like the business to honor their original agreement with me and maintain the original rent they extended to me when they were a small business trying to get off the ground. Now they are large and successful and feel that they don't have to honor their agreement.
