We had someone make a complaint about our business, which I don't think fits in your terms and conditions. Firstly, she was hired by a company that has since closed down, and not the one she filed against, and secondly, she was paid as soon as it was brought to our attention (before she filed this complaint) with $25 interest, as this was an oversight, not intentional. Let me know what we should do about this. It's very confusing; she's clearly disgruntled, which I understand, but we thought overpaying was a good gesture to show it was just an oversight.
