we test drive a car told. salesman we would come next day to get it that was going to b busy. he comes to the house in on phone with. the governor. I couldn't walk out and check it out I talked to him from front porch asked him mile age be fair 50000 with a new engine. I asked about tires he said new. had a flat 2 day later. the salesman was a family friend he didn't inform us about a accident it was in it didn't have a buyers guide on window. he also told us it still had a factory warranty. when I contacted him about the mileage and things had said we got a good deal to drive it and the management just refused to do anything. this gem we took it in over the trans not shifting right the service guy rode with me he said keep driving it has to get to know the way I drive and will change shifting tines. also neither one of us was in the state of mind to sign legal docs because we got flooded. natural disaster. the car has used some oil just like my trade in. he was also told that I wouldn't take no 8500 for my trade in. he also admitted that they transferred the to a employee so Kia would replace the engine under warranty. he just plainly ripped us off one more thing on the paperwork they have got 2 different amounts to b financed. and they also charged us around $500, more to pay off the sonata Resolution Sought Take this car back and give us the $30000 without any trouble because if they don't want to resolve it i will end up getting sued for mental anguish and the aggravation

First I drove a car at the lot and wanted it so I told the salesman that we wanted that we would come the next day and get it when I got home here he came in a different car and I was on the phone with the governor's office he told me it had a new engine in it and had 50000 miles on it well it has 90000 on it and he got my car and I owe 20 some thousand dollars the transmission don't shift right and the head mechanic told me that it would get used to my driving and change it's shift pattern I'm a mechanic by trade and that's funny never heard of that before after looking over the vehicle it has used a half of a quart if oil in what miles I have put in it the salesman also had my wife sign a paper saying we test drove it and we didn't he came over to the house knowing I was busy trying to get something done because I got flooded and rushed my wife into signing the papers I took it back to the lot to have it checked out because it is supposed to have a 3000 mile warranty with them now they say it only has a dealer warranty and the closet one is 50 miles away I don't have the time or money to make them trips. Resolution Sought To get another vehicle because this one is junk.
