I was sold a car under warranty that I started to have problems with less than 3 days after I bought it. I notified the company and they sent a mobile mechanic two times. He was not able to resolve the problem so informed me I would need to take it into the dealership for repairs. The car needed a new transmission and a new camshaft and other related parts. I was told they would provide me with a loaner car the next day. After over a month of not providing anything and telling me it would be available in a few more days, they finally told me to rent a car and I would be reimbursed but not to go through the warranty company as I had already started to do. At the end of each rental period I called the dealership to ask if the car was ready, it wasn't for 2 more months. Each time, I asked if their loaner car or anything else was available for use. They said no, just go ahead and renew the rental. After 30 days the first payment came off my card. I called them explaining it was leaving me depleted of money to pay my bills, they said they would file with the warranty company to reimburse me. I told them I cannot afford to keep renting until I got money back. I was assured they were working on it. Now the second rental is due. They claimed that the owner was hospitalized and they had no way to pay me. Miraculously today when the car is finished, after not being able to contact him for 2 months he relayed a message that he would only pay 400 he had received from the warranty no more Resolution Sought Return the full amount of the cost to rent the car they told me to rent repeatedly in the absence of the loaner car they originally told me would be at my disposal.

I have answered this requesting more information. Your email/complaint gives no names, no VIN number, no details. It says "the owner is in the hospital", but our owner doesn't signed or authorize checks. Nothing in this complaint lines up. Give me a VIN number for this person (who is not in our records) and names of who she talked to. Otherwise we will consider this a scam, or a complaint issued to the wrong dealership.
