I called this business to find out what scrap that I had could be taken. I was told they couldn't take my AC unit unless I had something stating it was removed by a professional. I had catalytic converters also and was told I needed a business name to sell those which I did. So I went and pulled up to the non ferrous metal spot to sell my aluminum and converters from there I was told to pull up on the scale. Another gentleman came out and looked at what was on my truck and told me to drop everything but the aluminum in the back then bring the aluminum back to the front. I was thinking so there going to take my converters and AC without proof. I just dropped the AC unit because this didn't seem right. My ac was old and full of copper and I was paid scrap tin price for the AC I was told they couldn't take on the phone. Resolution Sought Give my AC unit back for the same amount they paid since they weren't supposed to take it by their own rules anyway. Or pay a fair price for the copper that was in my unit.
