Missing $300 payment. Customer Service confirms receipt, but does not apply the payment.
Paid extra $300 towards principal.CS states they were applied, statement says no. 6 weeks not resolved yet. The check clearly showing the amount was cashed a month ago. I keep getting told to call back to check. I have called at least six times, and they say the funds were received and applied, but online statement still shows it wasn't. I am on the verge of contacting the Attorney General consumer fraud division. I don't work for that money and pay it without it being credited to my balance.
