I live in Southwood Village a trailer park my address is on South Kippen Dr. on October 25th our power went out along with some neighbors when Consumers energy was fixing everyone's power our meter completely burned and blew up and we have been waiting for 3 weeks now and still no power. We had to have an inspection the City come out the city came out on October 29th and the inspection and everything was good then and cleared since then consumers has done nothing to turn on power on they have given us no temporary power or temporary fixes we were promised reimbursement on a month of rent and reimbursement for food and a reimbursement for a generator after they said that they would do that they turned around and said never mind you have to pay rent right now we are still waiting for the power to be turned on and they are not turning it on in I have small animals and it is absolutely freezing now something has to give I need help please. Resolution Sought Over everything we just want our power on we just want to be warm and comfortable in our house we are living in unlivable conditions right now something about this has to be against the law it would be nice if we could get a month of rent waived and the promised reimbursements that we were all so promised but if push comes to shove we just want our power on that's all we're asking.
