Good afternoon my problem is I have damaged cabinet doors that need replacement. The sales rep Ari Gluck came to my house took a picture and he hasn't done anything for me in two months. He will not respond to my text messages or phone calls, And the cabinet factory will not deal with me they said I have to go through the sales rep all I want is my damage cabinet doors to be replaced. Resolution Sought I would like the company to tell the sales rep to honor my request and get my replacement doors!

Thank you for reaching out to CNC Cabinetry. All warrantable items are dealt with through the dealer that sold the product. In this particular case, our customer reached out to us and asked that a representative from our company meet with the homeowner. A representative of our company met with the homeowner and approved the doors to be replaced. The customer has not called back the dealer to get the doors. We will reach out to this customer directly to resolve the issue.

I've been dealing with her name is Jennifer and this is her email.. jyoung@cnccabinetry.com.. The last couple of days we've exchanged a few emails I took some measurements which I forward them to her and I believe she's in the process of helping me, The only thing I'm confused about is they keep saying the customer is not calling back I don't know to whom they're referring to, not sure if it really matters at this point as long as the damage cabinets doors are replaced, for the record I've giving her everything she's asked for she's been on top of things so we'll see hopefully there's a a light at the end of the tunnel but nothing has been sent out yet that I'm aware of.
