Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Ordered an Eileen West nightgown from this website. Received a very poorly made, ugly 100 polyester gown. Eileen West is 100 cotton and very well made. Tried to return the gown and they said that I had to return it to China and gave me the address. Initially they offer for me to keep it and they would refund a percentage. There is no way I would ever wear this as it is unacceptable. It is absolutely not an Eileen West nightgown. I did file a complaint on my Discover card but they denied my request. I'm not sure why as I sent the information and pictures. I was very disappointed in Discover. Resolution Sought It was sent to me from CNE, Lake Forest, CA and I would like to return it there and receive a refund. Thank you so much for offering this service. This company is fraudulent and should be put out of business and I should be more savvy and I will be in the future.

How do I return items. No receipt, terribly misrepresented product, poor poor quality, wrong size fit. Help. Resolution Sought Return. Need my money back. I will write a million bad reviews to protect others
