For over 2 months, I have been trying to receive clarification regarding a bill Coast Dental in Tampa FL is saying is owed to them. My calls, emails, messages are all ignored while Coast Dental continues to harass me multiple times a week for the money that no can explain why is due. I sent Courtney Brabbs the "office manager" of the South Tampa location my explanation of benefits from my insurance company as it showed that Coast Dental coded something incorrect on Jan. 12th who said she would look into it. I believe this error is the reason for what Coast Dental is claiming I owe. It is now February 22nd and I am still receiving no response, outside of Courtney responding on 2/5 that she was out of office and would look into it within 48 hours. I have followed several times and still nothing. I just got a notice threatening further collection action if I don't pay the balance due which is absolutely unacceptable given I have actively been trying to resolve this issue since December. Coast Dental has also failed to provide explanation on why I paid upfront way more than what my explanation of benefits says was due for my apt on 12/6 and 12/14. Coast Dental has ignored almost all of my contact attempts and any contact they have given is met with silence once I have responded. I will never recommend this business to anyone else and will go out of my way to warn everyone about this predatory business. Resolution Sought I need someone who will actually respond and look into this issue to resolve it ASAP. Will only be corresponding going forward for my records and legal purposes.
