I purchased a garage in September of 2020, I was told I would get my garage in a couple months. My contract says with in 120 days. When I called on November I was told that Montana was closed for the rest of the year and I would not get my garage till spring of 2021. I have been calling since March and I was told I was on the priority list and I will be getting a call with in a couple days. I kept calling and now November 18 I was told again that Montana is closed and I won't be getting my garage until may next spring.. it has been 14 months and there not doing anything. Resolution Sought I would like my garage delivered and maybe some compensation on my contract payments.

I contacted coast to coast and they said they will deliver my garage but I have to supply the heavy equipment for them. This is not in my contract. I was told that this was part of the cost of installation.

My apologies for the delayed response regarding the customer's complaint. The customer's dealer should have made him aware of the lift situation. If the dealer emailed a booklet, it is on every other page as well. Also, when the rep called to schedule him. I do show in the notes that the crew that was working on his building, had a personal family matter that has delayed the completion of the customer's building. They are working on getting the crew back out there as soon as possible.
