I did not receive a parking ticket on my vehicle for the date and time stated in the letter. It was marked for 11/1/25 but didn't receive a letter until 1/16/26. I had no clue I had a ticket. Resolution Sought Dismiss the charge.

Citation #01694744 -citation was paid on 1/22/26. Copies of email history for this citation are attached. We stand by our original decision-complantant has parked at this location multiple times and as evidenced by their payment history were aware at the time ticketed that this is a pay to park location.

I parked in their lot on Meeting street and went on-line to pay for two hours of parking. When we came back to the car in about 1.5 hours later, there was a notice on my windshield that I had not paid for my parking. I used their appeal process and provided proof that I had paid for parking. I heard nothing back from them. I then received a "citation" of $60 for not paying for my parking and again appealed on line. No response I just received a past due notice for $75, which is a bogus charge and I have been unable to contact anyone to straighten this out Resolution Sought Straighten out their records and clear this "citation"

Mr. Ingram did pay for parking on July 17, 2024. However, Mr. Ingram paid for parking at a different location than where he was parked. He paid to park in the lot at 16 Broad Street but was parked in a lot at 175 East Bay Street. These locations are several blocks apart. Parking payments are location specific. Enforcement officers can only run license plate numbers for the location where they are parked. Unfortunately, Mr. Ingram's original $50.00 ticket increased due to late fees. Coastal Parking Management has been dealing with a staffing issue for the last 8 weeks or so. Unfortunately, the employee who last worked the appeals desk was not doing their job, destroying files and deleting emails immediately before their termination. We have just recently hired someone to file this position and hope to be caught up very soon. In light of the staffing issue that led to Mr. Ingram's appeal not being handled in a timely fashion, I am willing to waive all late fees and penalties. In addition, to compensate Mr. Ingram for his inconvenience, I am reducing the parking violation to $25.00, one half of the original amount.
