Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

They did my driveway 10/20. Pd down payment $4000 11/6/20. Asked secretary Keri to send invoices to remind me to send pymnt as taking care of my husband who has cancer. Was late w/1st pmt…no invoice. Noticed asphalt coming up in 5/21. Have record of when pymnts were made after. Was having it sealed on 6/17 and s/w Will about it. He said they mix sand w/asphalt making it soft especially in warm weather. Said I had to just drive in straight and back out straight w/out turning the wheel to keep from pulling it up! Really?! My kids visited unexpectedly and I didn't get out in time to stop them from pulling in. Pulled up more asphalt. Am I supposed to have to go out every time someone wants to visit us? It's a "drive" way, to drive on without worrying about it coming up!!! He's telling me I broke the plan by being late w/payment and They will not redo my driveway for free???? Will also said he's never seen weeds come through the driveway in such a short time. He ended up burning them to get rid of them. WEEDS coming through a NEW driveway? The mixture has to be too Sandy for weeds to protrude through. Please help me w/ a resolution. With all I'm going through with my husband and finally getting through Covid, I DON'T NEED THIS. All I want is a worry free driveway. Resolution Sought Redo the driveway. If they "treat" it by covering over the one I have, it's not going to stop the weeds from coming through and making cracks and the soft stuff that will be underneath will affect the sturdiness of the new covering. Due to Covid we were asked to supporting local businesses. I was given the names of two companies but wanted to keep locals employed so I read reviews and went with Coastal. With good faith.
