Coastline Recovery Services, Gardener California, Dispute Regarding Document Request for Vehicle Pickup Dear Coastline Recovery Services, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally address a recent issue concerning my Toyota Corrolla 2015 and the document I received from your office, which requests me to sign a statement acknowledging that I have examined my vehicle and found no damage. I wish to express my strong disagreement with this request for several reasons: Lack of Vehicle Examination: As of today, July 25, 2024, I have not yet retrieved my vehicle from your facility. According to the information provided, I am scheduled to pick up my car tomorrow, July 26, 2024. Therefore, it is not possible for me to have examined the vehicle or assessed any potential damage at this time. Unacceptable Pressure: The document seems to imply that I must accept responsibility for any existing condition of the vehicle before I have had the opportunity to inspect it. This request is not only unreasonable but also puts undue pressure on me to agree to terms without having had the chance to review my vehicle thoroughly. Legal Notification: This email serves as my official means of communication to inform you that I do not agree with the document in question. Furthermore, this email will be used as evidence in any potential legal proceedings to demonstrate that Resolution Sought The document seems to imply that I must accept responsibility for any existing condition of the vehicle before I have had the opportunity to inspect it. The staff at this company is disorganized, inconsiderate, and rude. It's a shame for clerks to work in this industry and then become upset with consumers. You applied for the job - check your ego people! Also, I've had to make several trips to this site and some of my items are missing. After a manager was involved, then some items were found, but not all. Terrible customer service! 1st a consumer makes an appt and STILL waits 30 min, then if a customer has to re visit due to laziness and disorganization on their end - you STILL wait. My last visit, a consumer was waiting for 2 HOURS. I just don't understand this ignorance, inconsideration to spill this nonsense into someone else's work schedule, and even remove items from a vehicle and place in different areas. Where are my items? Resolution Sought Return my car with all of my items to my doorstep. Train staff better, allow consumers to go through their own items, and encourage staff to be organized. It is silly to have an appt and everything is not in order.
