I'm new to the Area of Georgia and renting a townhouse from this company. October 1st of last year and on the 7 of October I started getting sick as in allergy but I just thought cause I was moving from fla but come to find out this unit has mold though out the unit and several other major things going on as in the front door don't have a weather strip so all bugs and wind and other creepy things come in also none of the window open at all which is a fire hazard and the tub is leaking from the shower upstairs to wear it come downstairs through the wood walls and mold is active there and the floor is soon to fall through and the sinks or toilets don't work properly inside the toilet two water turns black to wear it leaves a ring around the toilet and has placed me in the hospital twice and It has definitely been reported to the landlord and they have been giving several inspection to fix it all and just failed again dec 17,2023 and she Tambi Williams the owner of cobblestone Realty's tells me well Charlesetta I lived In Mold FOR 5 YEARS AND IT DIDN'T HURT ME SO NO IM NOT BREAKING YOUR LEASE SO BASICALLY FROM WHAT IM GETTING IS SHE WANTS ME TO LIVE IN THIS NEGLECTFUL SITUATION THAT'S TAKING MY HEALTH THROUGH A CRISIS AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR HUMAN LIVING OR THE OUTCOME OR WHAT THIS MOLD COULD DO TO ME BUY TJE END OF MY LEASE TERM WHICH IS SEPT 2024 I'M ASKING FOR HELP FOR MY LEASE TO BE BROKEN AND MY SECURITY DEPOSIT TO BE RETURNED TO ME SO I CAN MOVE WHERE I WILL BE SAFE Resolution Sought Return my Deposit. following the rent that I have paid and not late on anything because this is neglect and not fair to me being that I moved from Florida and wasn't told the truth about the units to where it put me in a crisis and my health at risk
