Code RED Restoration was hired to repair my kitchen after my ceiling started to leak from a faulty air conditioner in my attic on Sept.7, 2021. As a result my entire kitchen needed repair. I hired Michael Dixon, president, to put my kitchen back together. everything seemed to be going good. Repairs were done, but, NOT COMPLETED. He was paid in full but has NOT COMPLETED the kitchen cabinets.t I have tried to contact him and have had NO REPLY. Phone calls as well as text messaging have been ignored! I have had no communication from him since Dec.18, 2021. Cabinet doors that have been put up are ALL uneven as well as one that is warped.; door handles are not placed, 2 cabinet doors are still needing to be installed as well as ALL drawer faces still need done! He also was to replace molding on one cabinet and its not done. ALL have been paid for. Michael Dixon has been paid $10,000 and the job is NOT FINISHED!!! I have picture proof. Resolution Sought FINISH my kitchen and IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! You would think that 6 months is more than sufficient time.
