I was brutally attacked by a dog that ripped my face off. I was taken by ambulance to a hospital. This bill was covered by my personal health insurance and I was not liable because the owner of the dog was found liable by a judge. I spoke with the company several times and made them aware of the situation, even less than a month ago. My insurance company never sent the check to the right address. I paid the debt myself, out of pocket. I called today, and was told I am not easy to speak to and not to call again. When I speak my mouth is in pain. As a single mom, I was going to buy a house for my kids and now I might not be able to. I was hung up on, as well. They will do nothing to help me, even though I wasn't in the wrong in any way. Resolution Sought I would like this removed from my credit score immediately. And I would like the customer service reps to be have training in compassion.
