I recently noticed that this company was taking 14.95 out of my checking account monthly since November 2020. I contacting them immediately and I did not order anything from them for 14.95. They said I signed up for a membership. I said no I did not and to stop and I want my money returned. They said they canceled my membership and I would be refunded 6 months is the best they would do. It never happened. I called again and another representative they will cancel my membership and that they will return to me 137.00, again never happened. I called again and they said my bank was holding up my return. I called the bank and they new nothing about it. I called again and now, no one will speak to me or return my calls. The receptionist said I will need to speak to Yolanda. I have never been able to speak to her, now it just goes to her answering machine. Resolution Sought I want my money returned to my account. I never authorized them to take from me or sign up for a membership..of what I don't know

I contacted the premier savings company and they checked your refunds and found that three were already paid to the original payment method, PayPal. They have refunded by check 8 payments. Thank you.

This company was deducting money from my banking account without my permission. Stated they have issued me a refund but bank has no record of a refund . They keep giving me the run a round. Resolution Sought Need my refund !!

Premier Savings refunded six 15.85 credits on 8-21 for the following dates: 8-18, 7-19, 6-19, 5-20, 4-20, 3-21. Ms. Lewis will have to contact premier savings again to get refunds on the following dates 2-19, 1-20, 12-21, 11-21, 10-22, 9-22.
