Back on February 19th 2021 we purchased a used 2011 Dodge Nitro from College Chevrolet Buick and we were told how great their reputation was and how they go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Since getting the vehicle home I have had check engine lights for misfires and lost all heat due to an empty radiator. We replaced plugs first then wires and finally the coil packs. We have just heard back from our local mechanic that it has a blown head gasket and being the 3.7l V6 with overhead cam we are looking at $3200 for repairs. This dealership said so sorry for your luck....You should have bought our service plan. Buyers Beware!!!! Resolution Sought That they would AT LEAST split the cost... And stand behind vehicles they sell. Also warn others this is how they truly treat customers.
