I had this company moving my furniture and personal belongs back in FEB 2023 from my place in Delray to a storages. 1 mile away. They packed everything and did a bad job not wrapping properly my furniture and put everything jamed in the storage in Such away I could not see all my stuff that were packed in a 10x10 space. In May when I finally was able to move back to my new place. I went through everything I missed one queen size white bed , solid wood with two built-In drawers plus an expensive standing lamp and another lamp, in addition there was screeches on my other brown dresser . I filled a complain on line as oriented, through the phone number +1 (561) 944-286,, which is in their website . This company is a franchise and this is a general call center number . They opened the complain because the office who did my moving never answers the phone and we left several messages and they NEVER call us back . After calling daily for 44 days , finally on the 26 July, call center link us with a manager on the office, who told me to send an email to the complaint department which we did on the 26 th July and so far no nobody answered . I called today again 4th august and finally call center linked me with the "office" manager who told me he does not deal with claims , the only way to do this is by email and after I told I m not getting answer by email he just hang off phone . Nobody answers me I also asked for a supervisor to call. Resolution Sought To execute the insurance I paid and give me my bed back and my lamps or refund me the 2400 dollars for what I paid the insurance for so I can by my bed and my lamps. I am having serious injures for sleeping on the floor for two months and I need my bed back . Also it is unbelievable how they take care of us not really talking to Us or not answer us back .
