I hired College Hunks on 7/28 to do a 5 hour a local move starting at 11:30 am. The business did not show up until 1:45. They advertised that they would take down bedding and put back together. The two individuals left one full room and the bed in another only taking the mattress. Once they got to the new home they did not put bed back together stated they were tired and needed to go. They left my washer and dryer outside stating they could not get it inside the sliding door. The next day i realized that they left big items and bed at other location and I messaged them with no response. I called corporate to make a complaint to see if someone could make it right my call was responded to the following week with no resolution as of today. Incomplete service and lack of compassion of me having to hire others to complete the job. (They stayed for 3.75 hours and stated they were tired) Resolution Sought Refund the amount of $225 that was paid to others to help move after incomplete job.
