I had complained directly via email and over the phone. Nothing was done to resolve the issues of damaging my lawn by cutting it down to the dirt. Also, throwing mulched grass clippings on the ground level windows. I've spent more time cleaning up their mess. No one answers the phone 90 of the time or provided the appropriate response to my complaint. Resolution Sought Discount for the lack of quality job and damage to the lawn.
