Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I'm traveling with Bill and my sister and brother-in-law, a land and sea trip to Alaska, August 30th-September 10th. We end our cruise in Vancouver and we were told we could spend extra days if we choose but not part of the tour. We chose to do so and booked our own flight back home from Vancouver, which they said we could. I called monthly to find out the amount of what the airfare credit would be with no luck. On May 19th I received an email from Susan Klaux which stated a quote of $450.00 for airfare from Detroit to Fairbanks. My response was I think you misunderstood my request, I was looking for the credit of Vancouver to Detroit and if any questions and left my phone number. I got no response from Susan. I've called three other times with no answer and waiting to hear back from Andrea, (8-16-23) to look in to this and why Susan didn't respond back to me. My sister and brother-in-law received notice on 7-20-23 that their credit would be $1,300.00. I don't understand why I'm still waiting for the same amount of credit back to my credit card? I want to be treated the same as the request was the same as my sister's. Resolution Sought Credit my credit card in the amount of 1,300.00 for the flight home from Vancouver, BC to Detroit, MI
