When purchase used vehicle we were not informed that we didn't have to buy Allstate Complete Protection Plan. Finance person said there are 5 package pick one. He made it sound like we needed to purchase that package. After reading policy and finding out I didn't need to purchase, I ask to cancel the policy and refund what I was charged. After spending two hours waiting to see him when I picked up the car. I told Colonial Mazda to send me the papers , I would sign and return them. Resolution Sought I would like Colonial Mazda to refund my 1500 dollars back.
