Colonial Motor Lodge complaints

I currently stay here at the colonial motor Lodge I know been about 2 yrs I know that there are gas leaks are rodents to roof leakage no fire extinguisher and mold hard to breath sometimes one washer one dryer and it smells like backed up sewer smell there is a gentlemen here that is a sex predator and is round kids he has one himself living n office w landlord the landlord tells my business to other people about my rent how much should I owe or whatever that predator is a round of the kids that are here he doesn't do any maintenance work that needs to be done here it's just it's getting really bad and I pay $1,000 a month to live here and they're telling me now that I owe back pay of know I don't know nothing I have a receipt showing that and I don't feel that my business should be out there to other tenants and we were basically in danger of having a sex predator around here he has his own child that lives there in the office with them it's just that I feel like there's nothing Fair around here that things are going out of control with the gas leaks and roof leakage rodents bad smells in one of the rooms I went to go turn on the oven and the stove and there was a big flame that came out and almost killed me with the gas leak I believe they're taking tenants money and keeping them for their sales I mean when I get receipts all the time I don't I mean there's now they're bringing just people off the streets to live here I would like to remain anonymous for I have to still. Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be I want my mail back that's been missing I have a check that I was supposed to be getting and it still hasn't been here over a month I believe the landlords are stealing it or whatever I can't even get the proper mail my outcome is just to be comfortable around here and not being bullied all the time and the gentleman that's the registered sex offender has put his hands on me or whatever I just I don't feel that's cool.
