I bought a used car thru this dealership. The car was returned back 7 times for issues that continued. I was offered a loner once for 3 months and after that I still had breakdown issues. I finally got fed up and had the bank cone get it and now it's on my credit when it has been a ongoing problem since I bought the car from them. I continued to make monthly payments until it was fixed and it still broke down. Credit acceptance knew that the car had issues bc it was offered a two year warranty on a maurano 2005. Which did not live up to its warranty bc it kept breaking down. Please help me resolve this issue Resolution Sought Return my down payment of 2500.00 and the 9 months I made payments to bank when I wasn't driving my car for almost the whole time I had it. My payments was 238 a month and I drove it probably 3 unconsecutive weeks and months still making payments up till July 9th. They now have car at auction after payments have been made.

Mrs. Stewart purchased a 2005 Nissan Murano on July 28, 2020. On June 28, 2021 Mrs. Stewart had a mechanical problem. The vehicle was towed to Colonia Motors Inc. at the expense of Southwest Warranty and repaired. Once prior incident occurred on 8/27/2020 in which the repair was paid for by Colonial Motors. Mrs. Stewart was not charged for any repairs. Mrs. Stewart blocked Colonial Motors phone number from contacting her once the final repairs were complete. Credit Acceptance Corporation, the financer of Mrs. Stewart's loan contacted Colonial Motors. They were told the repairs had been completed and paid for by Southwest Warranty and that we could not make contact with Mrs. Stewart. Credit Acceptance Corporation picked up the vehicle. Colonial Motors, Inc. did their best to rectify any and all problems for Mrs. Stewart. Mrs. Stewart became angry several times using foul language. Mrs. Stewart's repairs were made in full and her vehicle was in good condition. She chose not to communicate with Colonial Motors or pick up her vehicle after the repairs.
