My wall and ceiling needs to be repaired. This past winter when it rained, it came into my apt threw the ceiling. I have been asking on and off for about 8 months, Resolution Sought Repair it and stop giving me excuses for not fixing it

Good morning I'm the property manager for this tenant and property our team in the office have been in contact with this person regarding the walls and ceiling we recently went there to measure for new windows unfortunately these windows are custom windows and they have to be ordered and it takes few months for them to come in we cannot fix any ceiling or walls till we replace the windows we will be going backwards if we do we want to insure we fix everything 100 and we do not want to go back and fix it the second time we also replaced the small roof on there side we are just awaiting the delivery of windows once we have that we can get the ball rolling we have a signed contract with Lynn's roofing to provide proof of any repairs we are doing in this property we also have a customer service system where we have told this tenant numerous times to please be patient with us and we will fix everything as soon as we get the delivery of the custom windows this process is taking a long time due to production and back orders that are being produced this issue is currently being taken care of we are not avoiding any of the issues that wouldn't be fair we are trying our best to put pressur
