I've had an account with this company since 2021, my husband knows I love their butter toffee so for Valentine's Day, he wanted to set up his own account and place an order for my. Someone at that company ran my credit without my permission, then added my husband to my account and allowed him to place an order in my name. Now I have a hard inqury on my credit report. Every time we called to get this fixed we both were told I never had an account and that I never placed any orders from this company. I did call the number that showed up on my credit report and the lady I spoke with last night found 2 accounts, one for just my husband and another with myself and my husband. She deleted all his information off of my account and then made sure his was also correct. But the damage is already done. I had filed credit fraud because I knew it never did credit I always paid as soon as I ordered, and now I also have the hassle d inquiry mark on my credit. And now thanks to all of this my Valentine's Day surprise is ruined because I now know what I am getting. Resolution Sought Whom ever ran my credit without my permission and allowed an order to be placed without my permission needs to be held accountable. My husband doesn't even know my social security number so I know he could not of had given it when he called.

My sister ordered gifts for me for Christmas using her Ginny's credit acct. I received a statement a while later with a different account number in my name. I did not authorize this account to be opened in my name and called Ginny's to get it all straight. I have not gotten satisfaction and the account is still open and I am responsible for the payment. It is on my credit report. The rep stated that this is common and happens all the time. So basically, she said my sister clicked on the billing instead of shipping and it automatically opened an account in my name. This also happened to my Mother. So there are 3 different accounts, 2 are unauthorized. I will not make a payment so it could go against my credit on my report. That is just wrong. I just want this situation rectified soon. Resolution Sought This business needs to close this account and bill the person who placed the order.
