I purchased a Ginny's roaring spin mop / bucket in early February, I had an account with them do after receiving the item I was told to pay $10.00 minimum I paid the full amount of $74.00 on the 28 February 2024 from my credit card which was posted on February 29, 2024. However since March 4, 2024 I have been getting constant calls, letters, emails and SMS messages that my bill is in past due and that I should pay $96.67. I called Ginny's credit department and they told me that my account is not showing the payment. They then gave me fax number to send them a copy of my bank statement which I did, after doing so I call back to verify that they received same, the agent told me they have and that my account was updated and they will ensure that I will not be receiving any of the above mentioned anymore. Towards the end of March the 28 to be exact I received another letter , numerous text messages and a phone call about the same issue, I called them again had to explain the same problem and was told that they did not see the proof of payment on my account, so I was ask to send a fax again and I sent it again, I was again told that my account was updated again and showing a zero balance. This time the agent told me he is doing a detailed check why this is repeatedly happening, he told me that he found a duplicated account in my name they claim to have fixed it but the same thing keep happening I keep sending my proof of payment 3 times still I am still ask send today again Resolution Sought I just need them to stop calling, texting, sending letters and aske me for proof of payment they are harassing me wanting me to pay for the one item more than once. I am tired of them and to thing that I have been doing business with them for a while now. All of a sudden they are trying to collect for something I only received once and paid for.

I think this company is trying to scam my 83 year old mom. She ordered 4 boxes of their meat and cheeses for Christmas presents for me and my brothers. She had been doing this for the past 4-5 years. She placed her order by mail in Nov. Of last year and got a letter saying her CC was declined. So she called in and asked why and was told that she had to place the order again, which she did and to send in a check to pay for it in the about of $187.93. She did but in the mean time got her CC bill from her bank and there was a charge on there from Swiss colony for her order. So she paid her bill and Swiss colony got their money. She went to her bank and put a stop on the check.. we got our the boxes delivered Dec 21st. Dec 24th we each got another box. My mom told them we would send them back she didn't order them. They told her she did on Dec 19th with expedited shipping for a total of almost $300. I called Dec 28th disputing this and was told they needed to listen to phone calls. Today she received another bill for $206. None of these totals are the same and no one can tell me what they are for since they already got their money on Nov 13, 2023 from her CC. please help with them matter.. she does not owe them over $200. Thank you! Resolution Sought Stop sending out bills that she doesn't owe.
