Employee gave me false homes!!

I called them the worker gave me false hopes and she took my credit info my SS number and all my personal info promised me to get a recliner sent out to me putting me on a string and telling me my credit passed with no down payment and lied to me over and over just to get my identity I'm making a report on this if I get anything in trouble. Turn this false company in.
