I was invited to an online party, I ordered products and then became a member of the VIP group of the Sales person from that party. Then my friend who invited me decided to start selling the product, so I also joined her VIP group. I ordered about $500 worth of product from July to December. Some Breast Cancer designed products became available and I ordered them the day they came out. I never received them, I was told that the company was late shipping, them she forgot to bring them to me, now she doesn't know where they are and they are not available. In the meantime I had 2 sets of Nail strips that were defective I let her and her sponsor know that they were not good, nothing was done, I sent an email to the company, still nothing. Now both of them have removed me from their VIP groups without telling me. I have sent messages through the system at Color Street and no answer. At this point I am just not even interested in ever using their products. And I really love it. But what business doesn't make it easy for customers to contact them when there are issues. Resolution Sought I want them to contact me and let me know what they are going to do. Why I was removed from the VIP groups when I have been a good customer. I have another friend who is a Stylist and I am still a VIP member there.
