OOn 06-10-2021 I called Colossus Ventures Inc. for Ministra Player Cable.640 Bailey Rd # 217 Bay POINT ,CA 94565, PITTSBURG, CA 94520, 7710 BRENTWOOD BLVD BRENTWOOD 94513 - 818-697-9892 -925-483-7916-203-843-5890. INVOICE# 1806202124710-6-MONTHS-107.38-INVOICE #;1806202124712 - 6 - Months -53.69 on each for one year. Http://jony23. On 07-16-21 called Frank, on 07-17-21 called Supv Selin still no services, On 07-23-21 have services htts://jiotv.be. Called Peter Williams Supv. Calvin Ronald on 10-06 21 2:53 pm to/for services not working for 5-7 days and talk with billings about refund. Peter said money back in bank account in five business days. Resolution Sought Would like a refund for poor services. Have to reprogram every 20 minutes, blank screen, in 5 days payment needed , no services, than told services will be on the next day.
