I have insurance and never had an issue. In July I received a voice-mail saying my insurance got denied and I owe over 800.00. I've called wrote on their message site Klara they use to respond asking questions for over now almost 2 months with no response from anyone. If there wasn't an issue with my insurance in January when they were billing things, why in July is it an issue. But now I'm not getting any response and communication from anyone as to why. Resolution Sought I feel like I shouldn't owe anything I've had over 500 on credit on file and now suddenly owe 800. With no response or communication with answers to questions I've had. In over 2 months with no kind of response or bill showing what was charged.
