In 2021 Columbia Gas had to replace new high pressure gas lines in our area. They subcontracted Infrasource to do the replacement of the Gas lines. I have a 40 foot tree on our tree lawn, and I was told that the tree was in the way of the lines, so its possible that the bore cut may kill the tree. Also, my concrete sidewalk was replaced. When the concrete prep happened, there was a large amount of tree roots that were damaged. I called both companies many times, and they went back and forth trying to see who would responsible for the dead tree removal, seeing it is a hazard and could fall on a house, car or possibly a person. I was finally called and Columbia Gas had said they spoke with the City of Lorain, and the tree was inspected. After inspection, the City if lorain determined that the bore cut and concrete replacement did not kill the tree. I asked for an inspection, so I then had to call the city of Lorain. I contacted the Engineering department and the department didn't have any notes about an inspection and wondered why Columbia Gas would say that the city said the tree died from a different cause. I feel Columbia Gas doesn't want to own up to this hazard and I'm being lied to. All I asked for was for the tree to be removed, but now I'm having to lose work hours trying to get the bottom of this string of he said, she said. Resolution Sought I would like the tree to be removed and compensation for the amount of time I've had to take off of work to investigate this poor customer service.

My home is very much electric however I continue to get every month bills of 200 monthly the only gas is the water and the heathing Resolution Sought Is to resolve the high bills there is no way possible 200 every month I don't have an army to have those bills
