Since i was at this address, my water consumption is always about the same, which is the minimum. However, i will get an extra $10.00 charge every other month, despite the same consumption. I didn't complain about this and just got the bill paid. Now there are two bills back - to - back for $61.00 with no change in my water consumption. Question: why am i'm being billed an extra $10.00 when the consumption never changed? Resolution Sought ISSUE A $60.00 CREDIT OR REIMBURSE $10.00 A MONTH FOR 6 MONTHS.

As for the past three months my water bill has been to high on oct 4,2021 I call the city water to let the I have a bust pile in my front yard Resolution Sought Send someone out to fix this problem
