I had a non contrast CT of the Abdomen performed pre surgical procedure. The hospital identified their charge but the Radiologist fee was the best kept secret. Insurance paid $760 and they are billing me for an additional $268. Now I am a Rad tech, worked for Mercy as Director Radiology for 14 years. Numerous attempts to address charges were to no avail. Billing office in Columbus very rude and unprofessional. Account has been sent to collections. Resolution Sought Re evaluate charge after insurance . A charge in excess of $1100 is unreasonable especially when compared to other facilities in Cincinnati.

I was billed for $165.24 for services. Paid the bill. Then received an EOB from my insurance company that they had paid the $165.24 so we didn't owe that. Been trying to get our money refund back Resolution Sought Just want my money - $165.24, refunded back to me
