The dealership sold me a vehicle that had mechanical issues on day 3 when I notified them and asked for a refund they offered to fix everything at their expense. From day 3 they have lied down playing repairs until I asked for invoices they stated since the first diagnostic I could pick the vehicle up and drive it even though it was shaking while I drove it. Their negligence led to a pile of repairs two in which the power steering went out on free way. The offered warranty before 90 days so I they can't waive implied or express warranty they also deny my request for refund. They have continued to promise to fix the vehicle. I finally got a approval to switch out the vehicle and when I arrived they changed their mind. What they've warranted they claim does not exist however two mechanics have found the issue and I have recording the dash blacks out making the mileage and any warning signs unavailable this vehicle is dangerous they sold it with out seatbelts. The car is simply not what I paid for in the first month I had it less then a week. They place me in loaner vehicles not big enough for my family and don't want to refund me because I put 6690 the car was 8999. They have promised so many things verbally I only try to communicate via email which they state they can't do. Resolution Sought Give me my refund I put 6690 down and have paid 600$ in payments.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, but we have twice offered to switch you in to a different vehicle with the most recent offer as recent as last week. You chose to remain in your current vehicle and as a result we have performed all repairs for free and provided free use of a loaner vehicle during those times. You also expressed your concern over the power-steering so not only did we do the repair for free but we offered a full warranty on the power-steering for the length of your contract with us. You accepted to remain in your current vehicle with the power-steering warranty and asked for something in writing stating our offer; we provided this to you. Again, we are very sorry that you experienced mechanical problems and that you are upset. If we were able to predict a vehicle having problems we would address them prior to the sale, but since this isn't always the case we do the next best thing which is to cover the repair cost for the customer in an effort to express our good will and customer service. We are sorry that we are unable to provide you with your desired outcome, but we do believe that we have fully repaired the power-steering and are standing by our repair with a full-warranty of that system to offer you peace of mind. We understand that this hasn't gone as you had hoped, nor has it for us, but if you're willing to hang in there with us you will continue to see first-hand the extraordinary efforts we go to to provide amazing customer service to our customers and why we've been able to maintain a highly reputable business for 50 years.

I do not accept this response because the vehicle has been unsafe. Not only did I make you aware of the mechanical issues that were unsafe from day 3 but your service manager instructed me to pick the vehicle up and drive it assuring that no additional issues would happen and it would be safe. That was false the power steering went out for the first time on the freeway with my children in it without working seat belts. I've been left twice without a vehicle to drive because of this. The shaking was a torque converter that you guys didn't bother explaining would cause more damage if continued to drive. The mechanical issues are still there. You offered first to switch to a vehicle same price or lower when I picked your cheapest vehicle which would mean I would receive a refund. You then changed your mind and gave no reason. Both time you offered there has been no vehicle that is a three row SUV. The warranty you provided for the dash and power steering you will refuse to schedule via email when we have previously corresponded. The issues are still very much not fixed.

Again, we apologize that the customer is dissatisfied with our agreed-upon resolutions. To reiterate, we previously twice offered for the customer to switch into another vehicle of the same cost as the one she chose, she opted to accept our offer to repair her vehicle at zero cost, which we have done. She expressed concern when a retail part, used to repair her vehicle, failed. We performed the repair a second time with a second new part and offered to warranty the repair for the length of her contract to ease her mind; she agreed and asked for the warranty to be put into writing which we did. Obviously the circumstances are not ideal for either party. However, we believe that we have gone above and beyond to make things right for this customer, stand by our product and offer exceptional customer service by performing nearly $2,000 of free repairs, giving her use of a loaner vehicle while hers was being repaired, not to mention a full warranty on the power-steering for the length of her contract, and all of this done on a used vehicle that was purchased as-is.
