Train your people to be respectful not attitude and disrespecting customers who give them jobs

Xfinity is the most unconsidered company and unprofessional personal working there they rack up your bill without telling you and when i called they gave me an attitude and run around like they doing me a favor they have pre paid for 45$ and contracted 121 make it make since than the attitude of agent Robert or so he says that is the name texts me being disrespectfule and attitude making me feel like cr*p and ungreatfule as well sending me messages being arrogant and rude like prove me wrong that there is better company than xfinity attached are his texts ** Actually we are talking about to lower down your bill and enrolled you in promotion but you hangup the call without completing my concern because you said we are not helping your customers and we charged to much, So mam no problem now you will pay $121 for complete next 2 years, Because your enrollment promotion date is going to be expired today, i really appreciate you. Have a nice day and enjoy Your services. blocking someone else's property is wrong

I was a customer of Xfinity Comcast and I needed to downgrade due to financial reasons and I decided to go to a company that I afford and they put a block on my phone that I owned and told me that my phone was not blocked and that I bought my phone from them which I didn't after I called apple I called Xfinity back they put me on hold for 2 hours waiting to speak to someone and never answered the phone bad customer service bad enough the service is high and the prices change but blocking someone else's property is wrong.
