The following steps have been taken to ensure we provide you with a complete resolution. I confirmed on the Cardholder Web that the disputed amounts totalling $111.75 were loaded onto your new card ending in 0198. Please view the attachment showing the adjustments. 1/09/24: ATM adjustment of $11.85. 1/12/24: ATM adjustment of $49.95. 1/12/24: ATM adjustment of $49.95. In addition, the remaining funds on your old card ending in 0852 were moved to the new card ending in 0198. The total amount moved to the new card is $58.77. Since you weren't able to add your new card to the website, you were not able to view this information. Per your advisement, your company had your email address and has since corrected it. You are now able to view your new card and track all activity. If you need further assistance, please send an email to customeservice@comdata.com and provide your card information and your name in the subject line and your request in the body of the email. My account was hacked in May of 2023. I immediately called and had the card cut off and reported the fraud. They told me it would take 20-31 days to resolve. It is now December. I keep getting the run around and now it is to the point where every time I call, they hang up on me or I get passed to the next or I'm "going to receive a phone call from a supervisor." I have been contacting them since May. Resolution Sought I would like to get my money back. I have given them proof it wasn't me and I don't understand why it is taking 8 months to figure this out.
