Poor customer service long hold time rude inexperienced reps
poor customer service long hold time rude inexperienced reps talked to 2 different people both didn't know what to do when asked to speak to supervisor was put in voicemail and hung up on cant use the card they won't give a solution tell me to call back later. train employees in dealing with customers complaints better communications with supervisor to employee interaction better working systems feels like no one knows what to do find someone that can help instead of hanging up passing up the phone call more detailed training to individuals that can better understand their job
