I have been with Comenity bank for 2 years with my credit account. Comenity bank been giving me excuses about why the system not accepting my routing number and bank account number to pay my account. Comenity messing up my credit report talking about I'm late and that not the cases. Being charged late fees & interest on a account paid in full, comenity changed their payment schedule policy without my agreement so I sent a payment by citi on line payment in full on the due date because of their delay in processing almost 10 days I was billed late fees I have tried to resolve this with them directly by email then regular mail but I never received a response Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated Resolution Sought I had a account with Blair it was paid on time for years comenty changed their payment policy which I did not like so I paid the bill in full however according to comenity payments were to be on the due date I bank check was issued on the due date now I am being charged late fees & interest
