This company takes advantage of people

I paid in full got a draft and put everything in the mail dated before due. This company charged me a late fee and interest for nothing like it isn't bad enough 39.99 % for nothing and charge $9.00 to pay it. $53.22 was the amount . Why does a company feel the need to steal from the customer. I closed that account...No golden rule there...I hope you go under where you belong. 01/8/2026. 11:45 p.m. closed account D.J.A

Started out HORRIBLY. Ended up being a wonderful experience after I was transferred to Dispute Department. Issue resolved

OVERALL experience was great. Spoke with many people there. All were polite and tried to be helpful but no resolve until I got to Dispute section. THIS lady was EXTREMELY helpful, listened and researched what happened after which things made sense. Issue resolved. Had been with Comenity through NTB for several years & never had an issue until after the first account was closed and this new one was opened. I am once again a happy customer.
