Started out HORRIBLY. Ended up being a wonderful experience after I was transferred to Dispute Department. Issue resolved

OVERALL experience was great. Spoke with many people there. All were polite and tried to be helpful but no resolve until I got to Dispute section. THIS lady was EXTREMELY helpful, listened and researched what happened after which things made sense. Issue resolved. Had been with Comenity through NTB for several years & never had an issue until after the first account was closed and this new one was opened. I am once again a happy customer.

Fix their systems Communicate to their card holders

1 sec ago # 2 July 2022 Unable to activate my replacement BJ's card I received 3 days ago. I am also not able to received the gasoline discount at BJ's as a result. No one is addressing customer issues while their system outage continues for days with no estimate is given of when service will be resumed. It is a classic poor customer service experience every time I deal with Comenity Their customer experience staff should be fired!!!! I wish BJ's would move their affinity card to a better institution .
