I have been denied usage of the card to bank transfer after repeatedly sending the documents requested for first ACH TRANSFER. I get the same response each time I call to rectify this problem that being to submit the information again. This problem has been going on for weeks. Checked my balance and had funds transferred from my mother's account. It posted I then used my debit card. I called att within 5 minutes of that payment being sent... Next day I'm charged overdraft. Once again..payment was pending and refund deposited and credited before transactions came out of pending status..This is a rippling effect. Att ran the payment. But the refund was back into my account following day..I was told and read if the balance is 200 and you have pending transacting they are minused and Taken from balance so I see actual correct balance. The funds were deposited zelle immediately in my account no hold.. I checked account before spending it.. had More funds transferred from same bank from moms account and every time I checked my account to verify it and balance was there showing in black before I used card again. Yet I got charged again. I'm on disability. There are months I have to pull small sum out to make my bills and go on overdraft. I pay the total of 68 because I knowingly do it. I've had crazy luck not paying attention and being charged for services. They refund back and bank drops od fee. But the system must been changed updated,, idk.. but thus us ridiculous. In covid times I had od charges removed that I was charged from and issues. I was not told they had to be paid back even though I was in the right to have removed. Then payback to bank for all charges they waived.... $500 , plus. They took their$300 back when account was lower. Resolution Sought All overdraft fees waived. Then I will open new account at another bank put most money there until my home loan is done since it's not recommended closing bank accounts during closing.

Dear Business Consumer Alliance, I am in receipt of the complaint submitted to your agency By Anna Strouse Wishard. Her concern involves overdraft fees assessed to her Personal Checking Account. The customer incurred Overdraft Fees in March 2024. The customer reviewed her account activity and confirmed the transactions were valid. No bank error occurred on the customer account. We were able to assist by refunding $136.00 in Overdraft Fees as a courtesy. I welcome the opportunity to assist Anna Strouse Wishard in resolving her concerns.
