Tech put over 5 lb. too much Freon in unit, causing damage to my HVAC system. Have proof in writing from Service Today company. Also overcharged me once before, which I made them return ,over 400.00 New Tech was very upset at what he found!! Also want my last receipt. Resolution Sought Send my receipt and 200.00 for the overage of Freon.

This started in Oct. 2019 when they cheated & lied to me about parts & labor. I pinned them down and they returned $412.85 out of $527.63. then Kevin came in put 2 1/2 lbs too much Freon in unit. Worked, but not right. Cameron came on 7-19-21 workied on it, it was a little better, but still not right. I pd him 200.00. The bill was 197+. Never got a receipt even though I asked. Came back on 7-20-21 & put more Freon in unit & told me I had a leak in the coil. They never showed up to replace the coil. This company has caused me all kind of problems. The last 2 times they came, it was under a 12 mo warranty. I shouldn't have been charged at all. I caught them lying and over charging me. They paid me back over 400.00. They said I had a leak, and would cost me over 861.00 in labor. No leak and had over 5 lb. too much Freon, causing damage to unit. Can fax supporting documents if needed. I first ask for the charge of the 5 lb. excess of Freon, which was $40.00 and an email and a regular mail receipt, which I haven't received either one. Now I want my $200.00 back and both receipts.
