Today I showed up early for a 10:00 appointment for two of my sons to be new patients the receptionist asked me for my medical cards and my identification I notified the receptionist that I did not have my identification with me she stated that with insurance requirements it was a needed form that I had to have I thanked her and I left the office I went to my car and called the office from my car before leaving the parking lot I told them that my daughter was an established patient therefore my identification would be in her file and I asked them if they would please let me use that identification copy to allow my children to have their appointment today I was told no I was told that they gave my appointment away to somebody else I was told that I was late for my appointment so I couldn't have the appointment any longer I was treated nasty I was treated rude I was hung up on I asked to speak with the doctor and was refused I was asked to leave a voicemail with privacy for HIPAA regulation and they declined me and refused I would like to hear back from somebody because all of their calls are recorded and I want each and every one of my calls pulled and listened to Resolution Sought I want my calls pulled and I want corrective action done for the people who told me the misinformation and who treated me so badly

Patient has been dismissed from the practice previously for being rude and disrespectful to our staff over the phone. New patient appointments were made for two of the children in which we ask patients to arrive 15 minutes early so that the paperwork can be completed and the patient be brought back by the appointment time. Patient did not have her identification on hand and we did offer to reschedule the appointments since it was already after the scheduled appointment time and the next appointments had arrived on time. Phone calls are not recorded at our practice. We do have several front staff employees that were present at the time and the patient was informed they can leave a message for the doctor to call back or they can call back and we can connect them to the voicemail. Patient was being rude, disrespectful and rude to the front staff on this occasion as well.

I was seen by Dr Anthony Falcone after being in this office several times I was told at my last visit that everything would be done at this visit by Doctor Patel so after seeing another as I have a half a tooth from my mouth, that they were supposed to fix a year ago, I explained my fraustion I was not disrespectful however I did say to him I was told the last time everything would be done. I said I been here several times since December 23 for the same issue he says you know what I not fixing anything just leave now this is having infected tooth in my mouth for over a mouth Resolution Sought I would like them to fix the problem as well or refund my insurance for charging them for the same issue
