Their license should be suspended/revoked due to lucrative business practice.

We were seeking a home health aide for my autistic son. This company brought in a health aide for interview and everything went well. However, no official paperwork/agreement was signed with Comfort Home Healthcare. And they wanted to start services quickly without having any paper trail. And kept delaying the nurse's visit for evaluation.. stating appointment date/time can be cancelled anytime. Nothing felt like a guarantee or assurance as company did not want to be liable for their staff's conduct... very lucrative business practice! Lastly, we were dropped as a client because we requested signed agreement between both parties. We were told via text 'upon further consideration, we will not be able to take on your case.' I want this company to be held accountable for their actions. They are in the process of providing services for elderly/disabled individuals. And they need to have ethical business practices and standards.
