The office manager became upset when I advised we wouldn't be staying another night. I had already paid for 2 nights so I needed a refund for 1 night he told me okay and never gave my money bac. Then the next night when I left he charged another card that I hadn't used in over a week and charged it 50 more dollars. So now he's stealing. My husband also watched him take cocain and weed for payment on a room, it was drug bust done there while I was staying and my card was charged multiple times while I was staying there without my permission and sometimes after I had just paid. He is the problem. Also he gave me the option to buy a curtain or charge me 50 which the curtain was damaged when we got the room but my niece tore it a little further so I said I would buy one cause a sheer curtain doesn't cost 60 and I spoke with choice hotels and they said I could buy a curtain and bring it Resolution Sought Give me a refund take my card information out his system, drug motel needs to be closed down

I checked in the quality inn 9/13/2023 and was assigned room 204 where there is no phone and the ac is leaking water on the carpet which is causing a nasty smell, I addressed the employee about the issue and asked if he could switch rooms and move me to where a phone was in the room and the a.c. didn't leak and his response was 'I can't, some of the rooms don't have phones so I would have to go to all the rooms and check for a phone and that's too much work' and to me that's bs I'm a tax paying citizen so if I check into a hotel I expect every accommodation they're advertising and I don't have it and that's unjust but yet I'm paying for the room like I have all that. Resolution Sought Move me to a room where everything works and is up to par, grant me hotel reward points or reimburse every cent/dollar I've spent here.
